Avaya IOC Advisory Council

by Jeff Wiener on June 17, 2009

I sit on the Avaya IOC Advisory council. We have our next meeting in late July in Denver. These meetings are attended by some very proactive, interested Avaya dealer principals with some amazing insight and direction as to where the IP Office product should go.

I’m always looking for features, thoughts … to bring to these meetings, so, if you have any ideas please send me an email. I will keep you posted and let you know how it goes.

Hi Jeff:

One thing we have been looking for is integration with Mac OS X. We’ve found http://www.jonn8.com/dialectic/ which works with other systems but not with Avaya and it would be great if the can incorporate more options for other systems.
Also, there is now Skype for SIP, we dont have the capability of testing this system but given the amount of IP sets, it would be great a solution to be able to access Skype from the nadset or be able to use the handset while on a computer on skype.
