MItel makes a great phone system.  I&#039;m not familiar with AVEL so I can&#039;t really comment.  I would suggest you also look at Avaya, perhaps for a smaller company the Avaya Partner, and larger you might want to look at the Avaya IP Office.

You won&#039;t go wrong with either the Mitel or Avaya brand though.
