I think the more that we can share about how to become better contributors to the online world, the better it will be for us and our customers.

Engagement is the key - and finding ways to attract the customers that share your point of view is an essental plan to online success.

I wrote a small piece to help develop the company/customer engagement/interaction level.  I wonder if this is something that will be discussed at meshmarketing?
