Avaya Expands Relationship With AT&T for Small to Medium Enterprise Customers

BASKING RIDGE, NJ–(Marketwire – October 23, 2009) – Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services, announced this week that it has expanded its relationship with AT&T* by creating a dedicated customer sales center to serve the communications needs of Small to Medium Enterprises (SME).

The center will enable AT&T and Avaya to serve small and mid-sized enterprise business customers through a common “front door,” providing one-stop shopping for both their network and equipment needs. SME customers can benefit through both standard and customized solutions that provide:

— Seamless access to Avaya’s simple, powerful communications solution
for small to medium enterprise through the use of AT&T’s advanced SIP
services.
— The ability to be connected in the office, at home or on the road by
combining AT&T’s mobility network services and Avaya’s IP Office.
