Digitcom Canada awarded Avaya’s New Customer Acquisition Award for 2012

On November 15th at Avaya’s Global Sales and Partner Conference in Cancun, Mexico, Digitcom was awarded Avaya’s coveted New Customer Acquisition Award. Digitcom was one of only a small handful of companies honoured at the conference among more than 600 attendees including Avaya Business Partners who represent Avaya products and services in North and South America.

“New customers are the growth engine for any business and Avaya is no different,” said Renzo DiPasquale, VP Channels, Avaya Canada. “We appreciate the continuous investments you make in driving this growth, especially with IP Office and that is what this award recognizes.”

The award was presented to Jeff Wiener, President of Digitcom.ca, in front of 600 conference attendees comprised of other Business Partners and Avaya Associates.

“I am extremely proud of the accomplishments of our organization,” said Digitcom President Jeff Wiener. “This award is a reflection of the success and hard work of our people. Our combined efforts as a team led us to achieve this outstanding honour.”

Avaya is a global leader in the Telecom market space and its IP Office product is the number one selling phone system in the world. For its part, Digitcom has made a strong commitment to the product as Digitcom accepted the Gold award for best small business solution at the CDN Channel Elite award in September, Avaya partner in customer excellence in January 2012, while Digitcom itself is one of only a few select Avaya “SME Expert” dealers in North America.
